Power Pro Carbide-Tipped Drill Bits have a very strong and hard tip that ensures the precise drilling of pilot holes, making them ideal for concrete and masonry applications. The carbide material allows these bits to absorb heat more efficiently, thereby enabling them to run at higher speeds. To effectively use Power Pro drill bits, a hammer drill is recommended. Do not use carbide tipped drill bits to drill plastic, wood, or metal, and always wear safety goggles.
- Designed for use when installing fasteners in concrete, brick or block
- Carbide Tip – durable carbide material enables use in concrete and masonry without burning the tip of the drill bit
- High quality steel construction provides strength and durability
- Offered in three bit diameters and multiple lengths to accommodate 3/16”, 1/4”, and 5/16” diameter concrete screws ranging in lengths from 1-1/4” through 6”
- Concrete Screws require a minimum embedment of 1” and a maximum of 1-3/4”
- Always use Power Pro drill bits with Power Pro Concrete Screw Anchors
- Do not use to drill plastic, wood, or metal
- Designed for use with a hammer drill
- For 3/16” Concrete Screw Anchors, use 5/32” diameter drill bits
- For 1/4” Concrete Screw Anchors, use 3/16” diameter drill bits
- For 5/16” Concrete Screw Anchors, use 1/4” diameter drill bits
